Het dak van Gebouw B van Ghelamco in Zwijndrecht beslaat maar liefst 4.000m² en combineert functionaliteit met esthetiek. Dit bitumineuze dak werd ontworpen om terrassen, groendaken en daktuinen te integreren, wat het gebouw niet alleen duurzaam maakt, maar ook een unieke uitstraling biedt. Het project werd uitgevoerd voor Viminales III, de opdrachtgever van Ghelamco, en benadrukt de rol van groene daken in moderne architectuur. Dit innovatieve dak is een voorbeeld van hoe technische expertise en design elkaar versterken.
Met een totaal oppervlak van maar liefst 18.000 vierkante meter, zijn onzedeskundige vakmannen druk bezig met het voorzien van nieuwe dakbedekkingen hoogwaardige isolatie.Deze renovatie zorgt niet alleen voor betere bescherming tegen de elementen,maar verhoogt ook het wooncomfort voor de bewoners.
